Training & Accreditation

Ongoing education of our professional sales and service staff is a major priority at Temperature Control.

In order to successfully earn and maintain factory certification as authorized manufacturer agents, our personnel regularly attend factory seminars and training sessions. In-house seminars and field presentations are hosted by various manufacturer and factory representatives as well.

This continuous, comprehensive training, combined with extensive product knowledge and experience, ensures that all Temperature Control engineers, technicians and salespeople will provide the very best in customer service.

Remaining on top of the service industry requires knowledge and understanding of the ever-changing types of equipment and controls found in the field today.

From existing conventional systems to high-tech microprocessor systems, TCC service technicians have the capability and skill to troubleshoot and repair any equipment should malfunction occur.

To decrease potential equipment malfunctions, we highly recommend TCC preventative maintenance programs. Temperature Control will customize a program to meet your individual maintenance and budget requirements, from simple inspection schedules to total responsibility packages.

These ongoing service agreements provide you not only with long-term maintenance, but also the assurance of knowing your investment is protected.
